Certified.Social believes that quality, exclusivity, privacy, performance, rigorous verification and client service are worth paying for. No auctions, no games — you deserve ownership of your identity. Certified.Social is not supported by ads or data-mining, so your membership makes you our valued customer and not a product.

As a new service, we will initially charge clients a flat annual fee of USD$365.00 ($30.42/month, or a dollar a day — less in a leap year!) for our base service, which includes:

• An authenticated and verified “green-stamp” account on the Certified.Social Mastodon server, which sets the standard for identity validation in the Fediverse. Your account in the Mastodon Fediverse will be @[youraccountname]@certified.social (e.g. @isaacnewton@certified.social). If you’d like to move your existing Mastodon account to Certified.Social, we’ll be glad to help you with the process.
• An authoritative public page at my.certified.social, controlled by you, listing and linking to of all of your official and verified social media accounts.
• Concierge technical, billing, and safety support for members of our exclusive and limited Client base. No AI, no chatbots — direct human contact via e-mail, phone or DM.
• Integrated value-added Fediverse services like Pixelfed (similar to Instagram) and long-form blogging coming soon.
• A secure, high-performance, actively moderated Mastodon server that adheres to the Mastodon Server Covenant.
• The opportunity to nominate a deserving investigative journalist or educator for a sponsored Client account on Certified.Social.*

Payments can be made via credit card or ACH at our private billing and support site, which will be sent to your business representative upon your provisional acceptance as a Client.

Please note that, due to the costs associated with running this Mastodon server to our Clients’ anticipated expectations, we will only start this service with a minimum of 100 verified accounts committed to joining it. No fees will be collected until that threshold is reached.
